LOVE

HATE IS AT THE CORE OF DESTRUCTION:

SELF-DESTRUCTION AND DESTRUCTION OF OTHERS

John 13-35

By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another

One of God’s greatest desires for us is to learn how to love one another. 

That is “love” one another in our thoughts and our deeds. 

As we see in the world around us – hate leads to destruction.

Not only destruction of other people, but destruction of ourselves.  Hate tears

down the very core of our being.  

As a result, harboring hate causes us to be hurt, depressed, angry, etc.

In other words, hurt people will hurt others. 

Only love can conquer hate.  

We can all join in prayer and ask God to teach us how to love as He desires.
